A brief description of us
Who are we?
We are professional business investors, who invest in businesses for our own account.
Where are we situated?
We operate in and around the Cape Town area, South Africa. We prefer to be within a hour or so from our businesses, but will look at an opportunity further afield if it appears to be worthwhile.
What do we do?
We buy businesses that we consider to be worthwhile owning. We search extensively for a business that matches our criteria, investigate the business thoroughly and then make an offer to purchase the business if it seems right for us. We will pay for the business with a mix of own capital, leveraged debt and investor capital
We do sometimes come across an excellent business which just does not suit our particular acquisition criteria - we may then assist the owner with the sale of the business.
